Podle novelizovaného nařízení platného od 1. ledna 2021 musí naše společnost informovat o rychlostních parametrech poskytovaných služeb housingu. Pokud se reálná služba připojení do sítě internet do parametrů nevejde, můžete jí, jako zákazníci, reklamovat jako výpadek dle SLA ve smlouvě.

Součástí smluv jsou kromě inzerované (obchodní) rychlosti i další dva důležité parametry – hodnoty minimální a běžně dostupné rychlosti.

Z tohoto důvodu přinášíme ukázku nových smluv a podmínek v elektronické podobě. V tištěné je pak naleznete na naší provozovně.

Jak a kdy to reklamovat?
Naše služby jsou již přes 10 let regulovány formou SLA, takže to v příapdě hostingu a housingu nepřináší nic nového. Greenhousing ve smluvně garantuje 99,9% SLA. Pro případné nedostupnosti služby snižujeme cenu dle následujícího vzorce:
99,8 % - 99,6 %  5 %
99,5 % - 99,3 % 10 %
99,2 % - 99,0 % 15 %
98,9 % - 98,0 % 20 %
97,9 % - 97,0 % 25 %
96,9 % a méně 30 %

U pevného připojení nově nesmí být maximální rychlost menší než hodnota námi inzerované rychlosti, běžně dostupná rychlost musí odpovídat alespoň 60 % hodnoty inzerované rychlosti a minimální rychlost musí odpovídat alespoň 30 % hodnoty rychlosti inzerované.
